PRIVACY POLICY

WHO WE ARE

The Control Center is a private owner tool operated by TRG Tech Link (North Carolina). Contact: admin@trgtechlink.com.

DATA WE PROCESS

Owner sign-in data: hashed password, authenticator secret, hashed approval PIN, session records (IP address, browser user agent, timestamps).
Audit log of every sign-in and action taken in the console.
Email in the owner's own mailbox (get@getmail.ai), read live from TRG Tech Link's own mail server. Messages are not copied into the Control Center database.
Support tickets, approval requests and agent activity submitted by TRG Tech Link applications and agents. These can contain names and business details of customers of those applications.
Health check results (status code, response time) for TRG Tech Link websites.
Questions asked of the Brain and its answers.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Everything is hosted on TRG Tech Link's own servers in Germany (Hetzner). Brain questions, together with a summary of Control Center data, are sent through TRG Tech Link's own API gateway (GE API Engine) to OpenAI to generate an answer. OpenAI API data is not used to train models under OpenAI's API terms. The news ticker reads the public Genius Eye News RSS feed.

RETENTION

Health checks are kept 120 days. Audit logs, tickets, approvals and activity are kept until the owner deletes them. Expired sessions are deleted at the next sign-in.

SECURITY

HTTPS only, password plus authenticator two-factor sign-in, HttpOnly secure same-site session cookies, PIN confirmation for approvals, and bearer tokens for machine ingest. Secrets live only in server environment files.

YOUR RIGHTS

People whose details appear in tickets or approvals submitted by TRG Tech Link applications may contact admin@trgtechlink.com to request access or deletion, consistent with the North Carolina and other applicable state privacy laws.
